Test-drive eReview Applet-side APIs using this
sample applet. Click on the respective buttons to perform various operations.
This is a sample applet to show how eReview can be invoked from within an external
applet.
To
test this applet, follow the steps given below:
Enter Attendee ID, Meeting ID and
document-folder path. This path is that of the document repository on
the server. For testing, take the default values.
Click on the "Start" button to
start an eReview meeting.
To join an ongoing meeting, click on
"Join Meeting" button.
If a document is to be pre-loaded in
the meeting, check the check-box "Open Document" and then
start the meeting.
To hide the chat panel, while starting
the meeting, check the check-box "Hide Chat panel".
Check-boxes "Hide status
bar", "Hide toolbar" and "Use Special frame"
can be checked or un-checked while starting the meeting with these
various options.
Change look-and-feel selecting the
drop down list.
While within a meeting, click
"Open Document" button to open the document listed in the
"Doc Path" parameter.
Clicking on "Close Document"
closes the open document.
Title of the document to be opened can
be specified in the "Doc Title" field.
While opening a document, eReview
filters can be passed. These are listed in the drop-down list
"Doc Type".
Chairperson can set permissions to use
Viewing and markup tools to all attendees by clicking on "Set all
permissions to all ATS".
The permissions from all the attendees
can be taken by clicking on "Revoke Permissions" button.
The Chairpersons control can be
transferred to attendees by clicking on "Set CP Control"
button.
While in eReview applet, add some
markups and to save these markups in a markup file, specify the markup
file name (with path on the local drive) and click on "Save
Markups" button.
Already saved markup files can be
loaded on the opened document by clicking on "Load markups"
button.
Various print options can be tried
using the print buttons provided in this sample applet.
